A young man on the eve of his wedding asks his mother, “Mom, why are wedding dresses white?” Mom replies, “Son, this shows people that your bride is pure.”

The son then seeks his father’s answer on the same question. The father, in suprise, says, “Son, all household appliances come in white.”:-)
