The Dept. of Foreign Affairs announced recently that the government has adopted PH as the official acronym of the country. But DFA denied rumors that the country’s official motto will likewise be changed from the original “Maka-Diyos, Maka-Tao, Makakalikasan at Makabansa” to simply… “PH CARES.”:-*
